General Delivery Information
Australia Post will be pausing eParcel pickups from eCommerce retailers across Melbourne between Friday 1st October to Wednesday 6th October. We're still getting your order ready to be shipped and will notify you when it has been sent.
We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes.
Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.
Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.
You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria.

*All orders over $1,000 in value are eligible for Free Express Post and will require a signature on delivery.
You will receive tracking information from the carrier selected once you complete your order and it is dispatched.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.
Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
Gift wrapping is now available online for $19.95. Your gift will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a premium GANT branded box and dressed with cream ribbon. Please note all wallets and underwear come in a box, and as such may not require gift wrap.
If redeeming online, please select the 'Gift Wrapping' at checkout. If gift wrapping is selected, no printed invoice will be sent with the order. The bill to contact will receive an electronic order confirmation/receipt.
