General Delivery Information

Our team work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched within 3 business days of being placed. Your patience is greatly appreciated 

 We deliver to all Australian and New Zealand addresses, including PO Boxes. 

  • Orders can take between 1-3 business days to be dispatched.
  • Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian AUS public holidays.
  • You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
  • All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria Australia

*All orders over $999 in value are eligible for Free Express Post and will require a signature on delivery.

 

New Zealand Only Shipping Options

Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities. Once the item has left our Distribution Centre, the delivery time frame is beyond our control.

You will receive tracking information from the carrier selected once you complete your order and it is dispatched.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.

Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

Floor to Door

Your order will be delivered directly to the address supplied when item is purchased in store. Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch from date of purchase, and an additional 5 days for delivery.
GANT will not be held liable for Australia Post delays, damage in transit, or lost packages. Please retain receipt for proof of purchase. Receipt will be required for returns or exchanges

Floor to Door purchased are only eligible for Australian customers. New Zealand customers will need to order all product via www.gant.co.nz


New Zealand Customs Charges

Prices displayed on gant.co.nz are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Your payment method will be charged in the local currency NZD and GST has been included in the price displayed.

Please note Orders shipped to NZ valued at more than NZ$1000 may incur duties, customs charges and fees (including GST on duty / freight) charged by the NZ Customs Service once the Order reaches its destination port. These amounts must be paid by you directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider.
You can calculate these expected duties, customs charges and fees using NZ Custom Service duty estimator. Note that the GST on the goods has already been collected at checkout. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these duties, customs charges or fees.

Thresholds and rates are subject to change in accordance with changes to NZ law. Additionally, your financial services provider or payment provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. The exchange rate used to determine the quantum of the refund (in NZ dollars) shall be the prevailing rate at the time the refund is made (not the original exchange rate).
