Shipping and Delivery

General Delivery Information

Shipping Delays: All deliveries are taking longer than usual to process once despatched to Australia Post. Please allow an extra week in addition to normal delivery time frames. Please note, our despatch time frame has not changed and our team are working hard to have your orders on their way. Australia Post delays are outside our control. You can also keep up-to-date with Australia Post’s alerts here.

Dispatch Times: Our dispatch teams are working to our usual timeline of 1-3 business days. 

COVID-19 Measures: As part of our COVID Safe plan, all orders are packed with the utmost attention to hygiene and safety. Our staff work in a socially distanced environment wearing triple layer face masks, and are sanitising their hands on a regular basis to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers. 

We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes. 

  • Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.

  • Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or Victorian public holidays.

  • You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.

  • All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Victoria.

Shipping Methods 

*All orders over $1,000 in value are eligible for Free Express Post and will require a signature on delivery.

You will receive tracking information from the carrier selected once you complete your order and it is dispatched.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.

Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.


Click & Collect – Melbourne ONLY

Click and Collect is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

How to use Click & Collect

Simply place your order online selecting 'Pick Up' at checkout, and we'll deliver it to our Chapel Street store (577 Chapel Street, South Yarra) for you to collect.

Orders using this service will be ready to pick up within 2-3 business days.

This service is currently only available for customers based in Melbourne, for pick up from our Chapel Street store.

- Place your online order, selecting ‘Pick Up’ at checkout

- We'll email you when it arrives in store

- Pick up your items within 14 days

Details of our Chapel Street store, including when you can collect your order will appear on your order confirmation email.

To collect your order you will need:

Proof of purchase - a printed or digital version of your "Ready to Collect" or your "Order Confirmation" email.

Proof of ID - photo ID or the card used to pay for the order.

If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf they must bring your proof of purchase, your proof of ID and also their proof of ID.

If you've paid entirely by PayPal, then please bring a photo ID, which should be your passport or photo driving licence.

We hold Click & Collect orders in store for 14 days after which time they will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
